Players:
3-7
Initial deal:
Same as 5-card draw.
Play:
Same as 5-card draw, except, as in Baseball: 3's & 9's are wild. A 4 gets a player an extra card.
Winner:
High hand. |

Dare I ask why they gave it this name?
Sounds nice and easy to play, though I'm not sure stating "I'm off to play Dogbutt" will sound all that inviting. |

| I hadn't heard of that one either, but sounds simple enough. We often play with wild cards, like one-eyed Jacks, Dr. Pepper (3,6,9), etc.. |

| Hehe, no I don't! Interesting game, but I think that a lot of these variations aren't taken seriously because they are too similar to an existing, popular variation... or they are given crap names like Dogbutt |

There is only so much you can do with a deck of cards I suppose, though yes I'm not too keen on the naming of this one either, though there are worse I'll tell you that!
Maybe we should make a thread on crap poker variation names... |
